-  30 minutes on the treadmill with a speed of 4mph and at 15% incline
Chest routine
- 4 exercises, 15 reps each performed as a circuit. Rest 1 1/2  minutes between circuits
Triceps
- 4 exercises, 15 reps each.
Her daily calorie intake is aproximatly 1100 calories.
