Tracy was the overall winner last weekend at the INBF Monster Mash (Natural Bodybuilding Organization). She got first place in for categories: Masters division Pro, Fit body, Figure masters, and Open figure. Tracy qualified for the Worlds in NY next weekend. Congratulations to her and good luck in NY.
What Tracy would eat in one day?
MEAL 1: 6 Egg Whites, 1 Pieces Ezekiel Bread (Any Flavor). MEAL 2: 4 Ounces Trader Joes Chicken, 1 cup green beans, 1/2 cup cooked Brown Rice. MEal 3: 1 Pouch Tuna, 1 cup of broccoli, 4 Ounces sweet Potato. MEAL 4 4 Ounces Shrimp, 10 Spears Asparagus, 9 Whole Raw Almonds. MEAL 5 1 Scoop Protein Plus 1 Tbsp Almond Butter. 1 1/2 to 2 galons of water. 1100 calories. She has a meal every 3 hours. - 30 minutes on the treadmill with a speed of 4mph and at 15% incline Chest routine - 4 exercises, 15 reps each performed as a circuit. Rest 1 1/2 minutes between circuits Triceps - 4 exercises, 15 reps each. Her daily calorie intake is aproximatly 1100 calories. Tracy is training for the upcoming Monster Mash Show in November. She will be competing as a Pro for the first time.
Her categories are Fit Body and Figure in the Masters level. She is hoping to qualify for Pro in the Open of those two categories and go to the Worlds in NY the fallowing week. She competed last year as an amateur and had great success and a good time while competing. I will be posting her progress and some of her training and diet. |
