2. Soccer abs 20-ladder-soccer abs 20. 3 sets

3. Bungee cord crawls. one arm row. 12. Sit ups 30

4. Pull up-ladder - 2 leg raises. 12

5. Shoulder press-ladder-shoulder press 12

6. Push up bag to shoulder. Ladder back and forth. 12

7. Sledge hammer 10-ladder back and forth.5 sets

8. Side to side ball slams-ladder-big rope jumps. 10-10. 3 sets

9. PR waves factorial 20 to 15. Ladder back and forth in between

10. Tire jump/3 slams-ladder back and forth. 5 sets
