4. Walking push ups KB one way-12 windshield wipers-repeat walking push ups

5. Tire flip/jump in/out. 16

6. 300 mtrs row-1'30"bag punching-300 mtrs row -1' bag punching

7. Pull up/jumping push ups from floor to steps. Factorial 6

8. Farmers walk one way only. Weighted jumping lunges(vest). Factorial 12

9. Ring roll outs 12. Alternate one leg V-ups. 24

10. One arm ring fly/one leg deadlift.    10-10
