2. Tire flips factorial 6. 10 sledgehammer in between

3. One leg squat 10 each. 21 ball squats throws

4. Sit ups with rope/cable 10. Leg raises with twist 12. 2 sets

5. Bent over row/chin ups 6 factorial

6. Walking lunges barbell 20

7. Tire jump/PR Slams 20

8. Roll out/dead lift 16

9. Jumping lunges 10 - jumping squats 10. 3 sets. (Use sledgehammer)

10. PR waves 10 - side ball slams 10 - bah kick 10. 3 sets

B:
