Workout routine

1. Push up/ 4 bag punches--shuffle--repeat. 16

2. Step up on tire then squat with KB's on shoulders. 10-deadlifts on tire 10. Tire jumps 10. Repeat after rest

3. L chin up/one arm bent over row. Alternate. 12

4. Dumbbells on hands: sit up and bag punch. 20. Gymnast V's 20. Repeat

5. Push up/stand up and shoulder shrug. 12

6. One leg (straight) deadlift--shuffle. Repeat. Factorial 6

7. Cable Bulgarian lunges. 15. Push up position: (Arms straight) One arm lateral raise. 12. Repeat

8. Push up on bag/bag to shoulder-shuffle-4 leg raises-push up/bag yo shoulder. 12

9. Tire sledgehammer/PR push up-slam. Factorial 8

10. Bag to right shoulder-shuffle- bag to lef shoulder. Factorial 6
