-Weight Training at 6:00 am

4 sets- 8 reps

A. Squats with chains

B. Incline dumbbell flies

C. Cable shoulder press

D. Finger chin ups (15 lbs vest)

E. Weighted sit ups (65-65 KB's)

- 18 miles road bike ride at 7:00am

- Hiked mount Monadnock (white arrow trail) at 11:00am (with kid on back)
