-Had a 20 minute tempo run on the street. ( I got a 5k distance in that time)
- Made a killer shake: 1/4 cup of frozen mango, same amount of pine apple,1/2 of frozen blueberries, a scoop of protein powder, 2 Tbsp of chia seeds and water.
I had the last bit of the smoothie on a 12 calorie gluten free ice cream cone.
It was ridiculously good!!
