Today's workout felt great, as we are approaching to the obstacle race, it is necessary to add running to the training. Here is the complete workout:

1/2 mile warm up

1/2 mile run 10.50mph


2 sets

- One arm push-jump over bench-one arm push up -12 times

- one arm chin up- snatch (75lbs) 8 reps 

- behind head weighted sit ups(35lbs) 6 reps

1/2 run 10.50 mph


2 sets

- one leg stand up 8 each leg

- front lever 20 seconds hold

- jumping chin ups. From lower bar to higher bar 10 reps

1/2 mike run 10.50mph


2 sets

- "moving chin ups" changing grips 

- crawl push ups with 45-45lbs

- wood choppers 10 each side, 42.5lbs

1/2 mile run 10.50 mph

Results:

1 hour 5 minutes

697 calories

134 bpm average hear rate
21/2 miles run (flat)
