My breakfast before a race
I have a cx 5K today, so I had 2 slices of gluten free bread(130 calories) with 1-1/2 spoons of almond butter and one spoon of jelly. Plus a 1/2 cup of plain nonfat yougurt with stevia and a cup of cofee with skim milk!!
