1. Push ups factorial 6. Jump over step 10 bag punches/ shuffle to other bag 10 bag punches.
2. 15 back lunges with chains and barbell. 30 big rope jumps- 15 lunges with other leg
3. One way pull ups on monkey bar- L holds on perfect push up 20" - repeat
4. Push up bag to shoulder factorial 6. Shuffle and 10 sledgehammer on tire in between.
5. 500 meters row. 20 V-ups with KB
6. Push up snatch one arm KB - clean barbell - repeat snatch other arm. 8 sets
7. Weighted one leg squats(pistol) 8 - 8
8. 2 minutes on bike-12 windshield wipers- 2 minute on bike - 20 twists with feet on scooter
9. Squat shoulder press with chains. Back flies with TRX. Factorial 5
10. One leg on TRX : push up/side step jump PR slam.10-10
