Treadmill flat

A. Warm up 1/2 mile at 6mph

B. 6 sets of a .25 of a mile at 11.3mph

C. 1 set at 11.5mph

D. 1 set at 12mph

Total of 8 .25 mile sets

Rest in between sets until HR goes below 130bpm
