Interval training

It is interval training day!!

I will use the treadmill because it is dark out (5:00am)

1. Warm up (@ 6-8mph)

2. 8 sets of .25 sprints (@11.2mph)

2. Rest walking for .10 miles or until HR is lower then 130bpm (@3.8mph)

It will take about 25 minutes.
