Chin Up and Plyo Jumpos
Plyometric exercises are some important for building up power, so this
exercise routine combines a plyo with a chin up. This way we have a strength and
power exercise performed at the same time.

Rollouts with a push up
Rollouts with a push up is a great exercise that will increase the strength of the core muscles. It gives a great challenge to the shoulder and chest area. 

The Perfect Exercise

The perfect exercise is a great combination of power push ups, plyometric jumps and boxing. It is an overall high intensity exercise for the whole body.

Ab Rollouts

Ab rollouts are a pure core strength training exercise. They especially engage  the abdominal, lower back and shoulder muscles. Ab Rollouts are very tough exercises, but they are attainable with consistent practice.

Tire Flips
Tire flips are a great exercise for everybody, and not only for "strong men". I feel that my endurance, strength and power get challenged when performing this exercise.

One Arm Push Up -Clean and Press
Push up, clean and press is a "combo" exercise. The whole body has to be in sync in order to execute it. Chest, arms, shoulders, legs and core are active in this move. 

Boxing

Boxing is a great way to get in better shape. The benefits of boxing are endless. It improves speed, agility, reaction time, coordination, cardiovascular function, power, etc. It will increase confidence and it is a great stress reliever.

Muscle Ups
Muscle Ups are the best measurement of  upper body strength and power. Muscle ups are a
combination of a dip and a pull up. Working hard with pull ups and dips will
help to facilitate the strength needed to perform a muscle up. Good technique is
imperative, specially during the transition from the pull up to the dip.


Push Ups
Push ups are one of the cornstone exercises. They are a compund exercise. This means more then one muscle is working when we practice them. Push ups are a good measurement of upper body strength.

The Dragon flag ab exercise
This is a great exercise for strengthening the core. If it is too hard, we could start with simple leg raises on a bench or the floor.
